If you have bought a product at our online store, but for some reason you have changed your mind, do not worry, you can withdraw your order. Please, take into account that an order can be withdrawn only within 24 hour after placement.

We at love-shop.biz guarantee high quality of our products, however, if the product you have bought from our site has any defects, we will gladly accept it back for refund or exchange. Please, keep in mind that an unwanted product can be returned only within 30 days of arrival.

There is a 30-day warranty on the products. Please, take into account that this warranty covers only manufacturer's defects and it does not cover defects caused by the customer. A product with defects caused by improper use will not be accepted. Our returns examination department will determine the character of defect. Before turning a product back to us, make sure it is in the same condition as you received it, otherwise, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept it.

If the product you have received is not up to your expectations and you want to turn it back for refund or exchange, please, do the following:

• Please, contact us through an e-mail letter at about the problem. Let us know what is wrong with the product you have received and let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange.
• In your letter you must indicate such information as the order number as well as the approximate date of purchase.
• We will answer you back promptly. You will receive a letter from us where you will find the return code that must be enclosed to the package when you send the product to us. Also in this letter you will find the address where the product must be sent. Please, keep in mind that a product without the return code will not be accepted.
