Affiliate Program Ageeremnt

To be an authorized affiliate of Love-Shop.Biz, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before becoming Love-Shop.Biz affiliate. By signing up for the Love-Shop.Biz Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

1. Joining the Love-Shop.Biz Affiliate Program

Your participation in the Program is about advertising legally our website and receiving a commission on products and services purchased by individuals referred to Love-Shop.Biz by your website.

2. Commissions

• Commissions will be paid once a month. Payments are maid twice a month on 1st and 15th (if specified in settings field). In case you choose the option to be paid once a month, you'll get money on 1st day of month.
• You get paid by check* (some additional means of payment are also available)
• The payment is made in case your commission amount is more than $100. If by the date of payment the sum is less than $100 it is transferred to the next month.

*We charge $2.00 extra for postage

3. Revocation of Affiliate Status

Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
• Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.)
• Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities
• Violation of intellectual property rights

Love-Shop.Biz reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any reason.

4. Affiliate Links

You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within your email messages. You may also advertise the Love-Shop.Biz site "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers

5. Affiliate Tracking

When a visitor clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate ID. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate ID. When this person decides to buy a product or service from Love-Shop.Biz, the script will look for this cookie and try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.

6. Liability

Love-Shop.Biz will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the Program and/or to our website(s). We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Program and/or the products or services sold by Love-Shop.Biz. We make no claim that the operation of the Affiliate Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

7. Terms of the Agreement

The terms of this Agreement begin upon your acceptance in the Love-Shop.Biz Affiliate Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
